City Clerk and Human Relations Commissioners,
I want to comment on the residency requirement for the Human Relations Commission members. Considering
the city's reliance on students, from the economy to the city's culture, I think it is imperative to lift the
residency requirements. Beyond just this, due to the extreme increases in rent prices since the pandemic
started how can this commission be truly inclusive when there is a massive pay-wall in front of it?
