1. CALL TO ORDER
A Joint Special Meeting of the San Luis Obispo City Council and Citizens'
Revenue Enhancement Oversight Commission (REOC) was called to order on
Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 6:10 p.m. at the Ludwick Community Center, 864
Santa Rosa Street, San Luis Obispo, by Mayor Stewart.
2. COMMUNITY FORUM
6:00 PM Welcome / Opening
Mayor Stewart provided opening remarks and City Manager Johnson provided
an overview of the evening.
6:15 PM 2023-25 Financial Plan Process
Finance Director Emily Jackson provided an overview of the 2023-25 Financial
Plan Process and Fiscal Outlook.
6:25 PM Welcome & Instructions

3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 8:19 p.m. The next Regular Meeting of the City
Council will be held on February 7, 2023, with Closed Session at 4:15 p.m. and
the Regular Meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City
Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo.
