1. CALL TO ORDER
A Special Closed Session Meeting of the San Luis Obispo City Council was
called to order on February 15, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration
Collaboration Space in City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, by Mayor
Stewart.

1.b CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
City Attorney Dietrick indicated that the Council met in Closed Session
and provided negotiating parameters. No other reportable action was
taken.
1.c CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION
City Attorney Christine Dietrick indicated the Council met in Closed
Session and there was no reportable action taken.
1.d CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (APN 004-511-020)
City Attorney Christine Dietrick indicated that the Council met in Closed
Session and provided direction on price and terms. No other reportable
action was taken.

1.e ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m. The next Regular Meeting of the
City Council will be held on February 21, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo.
