1. CALL TO ORDER
A Special Closed Session Meeting of the San Luis Obispo City Council was
called to order on March 2, 2023 at 3:05 p.m. in the Human Resources
Conference Room located at 994 Mill Street, Suite 200, San Luis Obispo, by
Mayor Stewart.

City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo.
