1. CALL TO ORDER
A Special Closed Session Meeting of the San Luis Obispo City Council was
called to order on September 12, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Hearing Room
at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, by Mayor Stewart.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT FOR CLOSED SESSION ITEMS ON THE AGENDA ONLY

None

3. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Action: City Attorney Christine Dietrick indicated that no reportable action was
taken.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m. The next Regular Meeting of the City
Council will be held on September 19, 2023 with Closed Session at 4:45 p.m. in
the Council Hearing Room and the Regular Meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo.
