Council for the remainder of the evening.
On motion of H.B. Kirtland seconded by James Piper the meeting adjourned to
Friday , Jan. 9th. at 7:30 P. ?1.

Contracts for water Privileges at the Lagoona between the City of :.
�I San Luis Obispo and Viggo Hansen, L. Alberti , Henry Johe et ux , Estate of Peter Richini
and Henry Johe et uk for pumping site and right of way,were presented and it was moved
by H.A. Gdwzpan and seconded by John Chapek that the contracts be approved ; that the
Mayor be empowered to'ekecute the same and that the terms of the contracts be complied
with The motion carried and it was so ordered by the fo,124wing vote
