Kirtland — 100 ft. 5ft, park sifewalk on the north side of Mill Street between Essex and Johnson St. On motion of John Chapek seconded by James Piper and carried , John V. Lemos was granted permission to connect with the City Sewer. The application of E.W. Lawrence for permit to erect a corrugated iron structure in Block 10 , same to be used as a garage , was again laid over to such time as the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety is ready to report. It was requested by the City Clerk that a Gas light be installed and that the mode of heating be improved in the City Clerk's office. On motion of James Piper seconded. by H.B. Kirtland the request was granted. The Telephone Franchise matter was again laid over. City Attorney to take up natter with Telephone Company 's officials. The matter of the revdsion of the license Ordinance was continued. On motion of James Piper seconded by John Chapek the meeting adjourned.to . Wednesday, January 14th. at 7:30 P.M. Ayes : H.B.
