Kirtland secondO by John Chapek the sum of $ 4000.00 was ordered transferred from the Iigh School Fund to the Common School Fund, as of June 30th 1920. Kirtland by the following vote : Ages : H.B. Kirtland, John Chapek, L.F. Sinsheimer. Floes : None. Absent : H.A. G=ma:rn, James Piper. On motion of John Chapek seconded by H.B. Kirtland. It was :roved by James Pi.e.r and seconded by F.B. Kirtland that the resignation of A.F. Fitzgerald, as City Treasurer be accepted, the sarre to take effect when his successor is a_,_rointed and qualified. The notion carried. The annlieations of Geo.IJ. Leland and R.E..Nicholsen for appointment as City Treasurer were received and filed. The matter of the a,.r_ointment of a City Treasurer was left over to the next meeting.
