Resolution No. 131 ( New Series) , A resolution accepting a Deed from
John B. Isola to the City of San Luis Obispo, conveying property situate in said City,
was introduced and adopted on. motion of H.A. Gowman seconded by Geo. W. Kilbern by the
following vote :
Ayes : W.B. Martin, H.A. Gowman , Geo.-W. Kilbern, JamesPiper , L.F. Sinsheimer.
Noes : None.
Absent : None.
On motion of W.B. Martin seconded by Geo. W. Kilbern the following licenses
were ordered cancelled:

It was moved by H.A.Gowman and seconded by James Piper that the City At
proceed to collect in such manner as he deems proper , the licenses of E.V. Williams,
Auto Agency; J.P. Maschmeyer, Transfer ; Domingo Roza, Stage Line .
It was moved by James Piper , seconded by Geo. W. Kilbern and carried that the
Chief of Police ascertain the facts in regard to the license of J. Jebson , Contractor,
and if subject to same -- collect.
On motion of H.A. Gvsman seconded by James Piper the City Clerk was directed
to have insurance on City Property renewed.
Claims against the City for the month of October were ordered paid on motion
of H.A. Gowman seconded by Goe. W. Kilbern,
It was the sense of the Council that the regulations relative to the use of
water for irrigation purposes be inf orced.
On motion of H.A. Gowman seconded by James Piper the meeting adjourned to
Monday , Nov.14th at 7:30 P.M.
