City- Hall, Friday, February 29th 1924 - 7 :30 P.I,I.
City Council met in adjourned special session is pursuance of the here-
inabove mentioned call and for the purpose named therein. Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer presided.
Present W.B.Martin, C.LZ.Carpenter , Chas. Forbes, L.F.Sinsheimer.
Absent : Geo. W. Kilbern.
I:Iayor L.F.Sinsheimer makes announcement of the purpose of the meeting and
C.I,I.Carpenter ,Commissioner of Public Health and Safety makes statement to the Council
relative tb:.the matter pending. Police Officers Harry A.Payton, Geo. L.Kilbern
and R.Heidorn were called , sworn , and gave testimony.
On motion duly seconded the meeting adjourned to Saturday, March 1st at
7 :30 0' clock P.M.

Miles Sanders and L. Caligaris called, sworn, and questioned by the City
Attorney and members of the Council.
