City Council met in adjourned session pursuant to Special Call of Friday,
February 29th - 2 o'clock P.1'., for the purpose set forth in said call. Commissioner
Vf..B.Llartin presiding.
Present V %B.Liartin, C.I-I.C- reenter,- Chas Forbes.
Absent : Geo...Kilbern , L.F.Sinsheimer.
Draft of Resolution determining action of Council presented.
A full Board not being present, upon motion of C.M.Carpenter seconded by
Chas Forbes adjournment was taken to Thursday, April 16th at 4 o'clock P.,E,
