It was moved by Chas Forbes , eeconded by H.E.Cox and carried that the Trustees of the Elks Hall Association be requested to meet with Mr, John Chapek at the Elks Clilb at 7:00 P.M., September lst. in an endeavor to jointly arrange for the purchase of Three feet of property in order to widen the sidewalk on I: ?orro Street between Marsh and HiRuera Streets'.
