Monday, September 14th at 7:30 P. H.

Application_ of L.N.Bessett for permit to remove a small building from without
the City limits to lot 10 Block .4 Hathway Addition was referred to the Commissioner of
Public ;,corks for report.
The application. of P.L.Liaggetti for permit to construct 45 ft of retaining
wall on west side Essex Street between Palm and Idill Street was granted on motion of H.E.0
seconded by John Chapek.
On motion of H.B.Cox seconded by John Chapek the application_ of F,.S.Peterson
for.permit to connect with tlie City Sewer on Grand Ave between Idurray and Abbott Street_
was,granted. _
The application of the Santa Maria Gas Co for permit to dt certain work on
Hurray Avenue between Santa Rosa and Plorth Broad Street , as set forth in application filed
September 14th, for the purpose of installing Gas ?:lain, was granted on motion of H.R.Cox
seconded by Chas Forbes with the provision that the work be done cinder the supervision of
the City Engineer.
The claim of Vi.J.Tobir_ in the amount of S 3,114.07, being amount due the said
Contractor in accordance with City Engineers estimate No. 2 for work performed under
Contract for construction of Sewers, Division "IUII' was ordered paid, on motion of Chas Forbe
seconded by H.E.Cox.
