Action on the application of:O.C.Orr & Co for permit to hang an Electric
Sign at 786 Higuera Street was deferred.
In re widening side-�:alk on P,Iorro Street at Higuera Street : Discussion_.
It was moved by Chas Forbes and seconded by H.E.Cox that the City of San Luis Obispo
contribute $ 250.00 toward the widening of sidewalk or_I:,Iorro Street and that the City be
provided with a deed for the two feet of property.
Tdayor Sinsheimer called Commissioner Chas Forbes to preside, then Mayor -1,:F:Sinsheimer
moved the following amendment , seconded by John Chapek That the City of San Luis Obisp
contribute one fourth (1/4 ) the cost, or � 225.00 towar-d•the widening of sidewalk on
I,vIorro Street and that the City be provided with -a deed for two•feet of property. - I'�layor
L.F.Sinsheimer resumed the chair and the vote on the amendment was called for., resulting
as follows:
ayes : John Chapek, L.F.Sinsheimer.
Noes : H.E.Cox, Chas Forbes.
Absent : C.E.Carpenter. Amendment declared lost.
The roll was then called on the original motion and resulted as follows:
Ayes : H.E.Cox, Chas Forbes.

Absent : C.W.Carpehter.

' on Higuera. Street and extending back ninety ( 90 ) feet on easterly side of liorro Street,
being part of lot 9 Block 104 11,Iission Vineyard Tract -( property of 1.1-thews P Carpenter ) ,
and that the City be provided with a deed for the said two ( 2 ) feet of property. The
motion carried.
