authorized and empowered to execute a certain lease between the Southern racific Railroad
Company and the City of San T. is Obispo, for Sewer right of way opposite Engineers Survey
Station 8916 plus 60.0 - consideration ' 1.00 per Nea=r.

Discussion It ::as moved by C.I;1.Car»enter and seconded by Chas rIorbes that the City
'Attorney= ne_otiate a compromise on the basis of the na.y-ment of Taxes and penalties against
the said property for the years 1889 to 1899 , at which time by process of law, the propert
