The application of the I:Tilestone Interstate Corporation for permit to connect
/ P ?otel buildings with the sewer now being built from �Iioh�ra -y to Pismo treat was granted on
✓/ motion of H.E Cox seconded by C.1.. Carp enter , with the i- nderstanding that sexier would not
be used until the new sewer line has been formally accepted by:.the City.
It was moved by Che.s i'orbes and seconded by H.E.Cox that the Council anpropria-
not over "s 500.00 to be used by the Police Department for the purpose of suppressing liquor
traffic within the City. Discussion.. 1.Iotion withdrawn.
It j.--,;as moved by Chas E'orbes and seconded by H.E.Cox that the Commissioner of
Public Health and Safety be empowered to employ an under cover man when necessary in the
Police Department. Discussion 1:- lotion withdrawn.
