City Council met in regular session - Vice President of the Council Chas Forbes presiding. Present : C.M.Carpenter, John Chapek, H.E.Cox, Chas Forbes. Absent MaVor L.F.Sinsheimer. The minutes of February 15th and 24th were read and approved as read on motion of H.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek. The application of Lary B. Harris for permit to build a wood shed and children' play house on lot 15. Block 180 Ingleside Tract.was granted on motion of John Chapek second by H.E.Cox. On motion of H.E.Co� seconded by John Chapek the application of the Midland Counties Public Seryice Corporation No. 112 for certain work to be done on Walker Street between Higuera and High Street to serve San Luis Ice Plant was granted. The following applications for permit to connect with the City Sewer were grant�d on motion of H.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek: Elmer A. Forbes - Murray Avenue between Santa Rosa and Toro Street. John Christensen - Woodbridge Street between South Broad Street and Lawton Avenue. HC.$insman - ( l :.)Palm Street between Grove Street and Grand Avenue. ( 1 )Fairview Avenue. ( 1 ).Palm Street between Grove and Grand Avenue, Chas Forbes - Murray Avenue between Santa Rosa and Toro-Street. Home Laundry Co Pismo Street between Morro and Chorro Street - crossing property of R.L.Perry and A.E.Anderson. The reports of the City Collector and Police Judge for the month of February were received and ordered filed on motion of John Chapek seconded by H.E.Cox, Claims against the City for the month of February were ordered paid subject to the approval of the heads of the respective departments, on motion of H.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek. The Merchandising Bond of E.R.Lewis, Surety M.E.Netto, was approved and the Surety accepted on motion of C.I,Carpenter seconded by H.E.Cox, Application of Peter. Gray for license for Taxicab again laid over.
