On motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by Chas r'orbes the petition of J. Fl. Barneberg
for transfer of license for Quality Super Service Station to hiartin � I =ustel was granted

approval of the heads of the respective departments, on motion of Chas Forbes seconded by

The petition of the Golden State I,iilk Products Company for permit to install a

280 gal. gas Tank and pump at the rear of premises at 570 Hi6uera street, was granted on motion
of L.J.Defosset seconded by Chas Forbes, with the provision that said installation be done
under the supervision of the City Engineer.
On motion of L.B.Cox seconded by .John Chapek, Commissioner of Public _ealth and
Safety L.J.Defos- -et, was granted a Three Weeks leave of absence from the City, commencing
July 9th .
In re co - operation F_-re Control: - . It was moved by Chas Forbes and seconded
..B.Cox that 200.00 be appropriated, to be applied on Fire Guard Salary for protection of
hater Shed of City of San Buis Obispo. The motion carried.
