seconded. by John Chapek, w.-as referred to the City Attorney with the request that an amendment
to the Traffic Ordinance be drafted to cover.

In a communication, Burch and Beck, ::n-ineers, for the sewage Disposal plant,
Vfilliam L�.rie, Contractor, advised the Council that thy: contract for the construction of said
Plant had beea completed in accordance ..ith the requirements of the contract and specific,.tions
for same, and recommended the acceptance of said -:`ork by tike City of San Luis Obispo. !,he
matter ;•:as laid over for a full attendance of the Council.
The ;natter of a proposed change, by the High�:ay Commission, in the right of -';ay of
the California State Higriway near City's reservoir, involving t� -.,o irregular parcels of land
(approxiidately 0.87 of an acre) owned by the City of San Luis Obispo was before the Council.
