The application of ii.F.Avila for permit to lay 100 ft of full width sidewalk on the
west side of Osos Street between Pismo Street and 3uehon Street was granted on motion of y.E.Cc
seconded by John Chapek.
Petition ofSa_n Luis Welding 'Iorks, by 'lard ?vunger, for permit to place a sign 61x 10'
atop the building at 1359 I;ionterey Street was referred to the Coumissioner of Public Health
and Safety for report to the Council, on Notion of H.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek.
The petition of the Santa Pdaria Gas Co^lpany for permit to break pavement, 2' x 3' ,
on Chorro Street between ?:iarsh Street and Higuera Street to install 2" Gas service to !-lineman
building was °ranted, on motion of H.E.Cox seconded by L.J.Defosset, with the provision that
work be done under the supervision of the City Engineer.

evenings of December 5th and 18th. The letter was ordered on file on motion of L.J.Defosse
seconded by H.E.Cox.
The reports of the City Clerk and City. Treasurer for the month of December 1929, were
received and ordered filed on motion of H.E.Cox seconded by L.J.Defosset.
The claim of Henry Dalessi, Contractor for San Luis, Obispo Creek Channel Change, at
junction of 3::arsh and Ida 'Streets, in the amount of $ 19380.00 , the same being balance due in
accordance with E'stimate io. 3 of 3urvh w Beck ti Rhgineers, or, the 25% with held for a peri
lof 35 days after the foraal acceptance of said work, ':'^s ordered paid on :notion of H.R.Cox

The claim of San - Atas Construction.Co (B.D.Jarvis & VV.E.Porter ), in the amount of
581.25 , being City Engineers estimate No. 1 for the construction of the timber bridge
across Stenner Creek at hurray Street, was ordered.paid on motion of E.E.Cox seconded by

This being the time and place fixed by the Council for hearir_g protests in the matter
of the construction of i::onterey,,Street Storm Drain, in accordance with Resolution of Intention
