City Council met in regular session - T =ayor T.,T•.Sinsheiner presiding.
Present . Chas Forbes, L.J.Defosset, ri.F.Cox, John Chapek, L.F.Sinsheimer.

The minutes of October 3rd and 10th were read and approved as read on motion of
Chas Forbes seconded. by L.J..Defosset.
The following applications for permit to build were granted on motion of

of John Chapek seconded by Chas Forbes said application was referred to the Commissioner of
