Ordinance No. 152 (New Series), Calling a special election and submitting to
the qualified electors of the City of San Luis Obispo the proposition of incurring a debt
and bonding said City for certain I;Iunicipal Improvements and Consolidating said election
wf.th the General I,Tunicipal Election to be held in said City on the 6th day of April, 1931,
was introduced and passed to print on. motion of L. J. Defosset seconded by Chas. Forbes
by the following vote:

Noes None.
Absent. None.
There was discussion relative to the matter of Building Code. Fatter continued
to the next meeting of the Council.
On motion of L. J. Defosset seconded by Chas. Forbes the meeting adjourned to
I:Ionday, March 23rd, 1931, at 7 :30 o'clock P.M.
