On motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer the City Attorney was directed
to furnish the Council with a draft of a tentative Ordinance relative to prohibiting the
distribution of advertising matter in the City.
On motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer the meeting adjourned to
?Monday, yugust 24th, 1931,at 7.30 P. M.
