J.A.Fitzpatrick — Addition of Porch Lot 5 Block 173 Dallidet Addn cost 50.00
On motion of H.E.Cox seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer the application of B.J.Haley for
permit to lay 172 ft of 5 ft park sidewalk and curbing on the Idorth side of Center Street
between Chorro Street and almond Street was granted, with the provision that work be done
under the supervision of the City Engineer.
Application of Foster & iileiser Company for permit to erect Sign Board #s1 Block
119 -Reeds Addition , South side of wi-arsh Street west of Carmel Street, was referred to the
Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for investigation and report to the Council.
