to build were granted:

Coiiissioner John Chapek reported favorable and on motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by
J.B.Berkemeyer the said amount was compromised for the amiount of $ 25.00.
In re petition of H.J. .Dubin for comnromise on .Delinquent Tax in the amount of
55.57 againat lots 10 cvc 11 Block 16 Buena Vista Addition for the years 1894 -1895 to 1923 -1924
Co,inissioner John Chapek reported favorable and on motio_i of H.E.Cox seconded by J.B.Berkemeye:
the said amount was caopromised for �`?- 12.50 .
The matter of the petition of John Sullivan et.al. for Street grade on Hill Streei,
Anholm .!ddition, continued to the next meeting of the Council.
The matter of the com:aunication of Parent `Teacher iiSSOCiatiOn of Haclthorne :school
continued to the next meeting.
Petition of Veterans' Welfare Board of the State of California for cancellation of
Assessment for year 1932 - 1933 against Lot 93 Et Pleasanton Square, assessed in name of
F.I.'.arion Smith and Evelyn FJ. Smith - total tax 0 1.40 Title now vested in State of
California Veterans' ':Welfare Board, was ordered granted on motion of H.E.Cox seconded by
L.J.Defos3et.
