San Luis jewelry Company, was referred to the Coimiissioner of Public Health and Safety for
report to the Council on motion of H..Cox seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer, as was also, the
application of C.F.Boyd for permit to string lights aeross Higuera Street frornluaino Recreati
Building to O'?eilly's Service Station.
The matter of the petition of John "d.Sullivan, et.al., for Street Grade on Hill
Street, in the 3nholm Addition, again laid over.
On motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by E.E.Cox the following applications for licenses
were granted L.L. Grands , Bakery , 2125 Broad street; P..O.:iullins , Cigars Sideline,
1035 Chorro Street.
On favorable report and motion of I.J.Befosset seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer the
following petitions for permits to place signs were granted :
