City Council met in adjourned session — Vice President of the Council
John Chapek presiding.
Present : J.B.Berl.eme,yer, John Chapek, H.3.Cox, L.J.Defosset.
Absent : Mayor L- .P.Sinshei;ner.
On motion of =.E.Cox seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer the following applications for
licenses were referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for investigation and
report to the Council.

H..Cox.
application of L'idland Counties Public Servico Corporation - 208 for certain work
on ?:Murray Avenue between Hathway Avenue and S.P..a. right of way, as set out in application
on file, was referred to Co:_urissioner of Public aIorks for report to the Council.
The report of the City Treasu•er for the month of December 1932 was receiized and
ordered filed on ,.iotiori of J.3.3erkemeyer seconded by H..Cox.
Application of Theo. L:. I,Iaino for registration as a Class " D 11 Contractor, together
with 3ond and license fee, also, the application of Albert Beall for registration as a Class
" E " Contractor together with Bond and license fee were receiiaed, and on motion of H. .Oox
seconded by U.B.Berkemeyer it was ordered that the said Bonds be approved and certificates
of registration be issued.
Communication from Standard .)il Company in re license for Contractor laid over to
the next meeting of the :'ouncil.
On favorable report and ,,notion of !_.J.Defosset seconded by J.B.3crkemcyer the
