Applications of the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company for permit to do
certain repair work on poles at junction of High Street and '.talker Street, and on Story Street
near P.C.Railway tracks were again laid over.
Petition of idational Business and Professional women for permit to place a Service
Club Sign at the north and South entrances to the City of San Luis Obispo was granted on
motion of L.J.Defosset seconded ;.,by J.B.Berkemeyer with the provision that the said sign be
installed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and that the same be removed at the
pleasure of the Council.
Application of the Santa Maria Gas Company for permit to cut pavement at the inter-
section of Broad and Alfonso Streets for purpose of repairing Gas leak granted on motion of
H.E.Cox seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer.
Petition of Edwin Pan Sant and Eugene Maybury for permit to place a Lunch Stand on
Marsh Street between Osos Street and Santa Rosa Street was laid over to the nest meeting.
Matter of report on unpaid licenses referred to the City Attorney, continued to the
next meeting of the Council.
On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by L.J.Defosset the meeting adjourned to
Thursday, :_arch 30th 1933, at 7 :30
