Service Station, 301 Higuera Street , laid over.

license for Beer was granted on motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by J.B..Berkemeyer.
Applications of E.E. Clark and William T. FJalker for license for Contractor, laid
over to be taken up with applications of a like nature.
Petition of P.A.H.Arata in re cancellation of Tax Sales and the petition of
TcF.Weaver at al in re premises at 1416 Palm Street continued.
Petition of F.F.Thomas at al relative to license on peddlers ordered placed on file
on motion of .P.Howell seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer.
City attorney reported on unpaid licenses for the January quarter : _ It was moved
by 3.P.Howell and seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer that

The
motion.carried.
Various licenses for the April quarter 1933, remaining unpaid , were referred to
the City Attorney for collection.
On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by L.J.Defosset the meeting adjoprned to Monday,
June 26th 1933, at 7 :30 P.IS.
