Report of the Pound ?:_aster for the month of :august 1933 received and ordered filed.
On motion of J.B.3erkemeyer seconded by .P.Howell the applications of Joe Robasciott
for licenses for Lunch Counter, Cigars Sideline, and, Beverage " On Sale ", at 1226 usos Street,
together with Bond, were referred to the Com.aissioner of Public $eslth and Safety for investigat-
ion and report to the .;ouncil, as was also, the application of Fred Thornburgh, together with
Bond for license for Beverage " On Sale " at 1032 Chorro Street.
The petition of Jack DeLisle for transfer of licenses for I:Idee( Confect., Lunch,
Soft Drinks,etc.) and Cigars Sideline at 1032 Chorro Street to Fred Thornburgh was referred
back to the petitioner with request that said petitioner make application on regular form.
Petition of Ida L. flyers together with Bond for " On Sale " license for Beverage at
1025 Lonterey Street was denied and Bondsmen released. Residence requirement of petitioner
not conforming to-provision of Ordinance.
Application of Evabelle Long - Fuller for license for Theatrical Entertainment at
High School Auditorium , granted on motion of J.13.Berkemeyer seconded by ".T.Howell.
In re claim of Goldtree Investment Co., by Sidney Goldtree, in the amount of 150.00
for refund on tax assessment-: It was moved by R.P.Howell and seconded by J.B.Berk,;meyer
that the said claim be compromised for the amount of $ 90.00 Clerk authorized to draw
warrant in favor of said Goldtree Investment Co., for the sbid amount of $ 90.00 in full settle
ment of said claim.
Application of Midland Counties Public Service Corporation No. 211 for permit to
do certain work upon Higuera Street between Archer Street and south Street for protection to
San Luis Obispo Service Substation on 'Walker Street, granted on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer
econded by Joseph Leary.

On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by -R.P.Howell the Bond of Anna C. Schlicht, with
Peter Boysen and Geo.R4Lewis as Sureties; for " On Sale " Beverage license, was cancelled and
the Sureties relieved of further obligation.
