City Council met in adjourned session - Vice President of the Council L.J.Defosset
Present : J.B.Berkemeyer, L.J.Defosset, R.P.Howell, Joseph Leary.
Absent : Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer.
Application of R.Gilmore for permit to build a garage on part of lots 16 and 17
Block 11 4Veills Addition at a Cost pf $ 63.00 was granted on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded
by :..P.Howell.
Application of S.Dusi for license for :-restaurant at 978 Morro Street referred to
Commissioner of Public Health and safety for investigation and report to the Council, on motion
of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by R.P.Howell.
On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by Joseph Leary the application •of K.P.Tognazz'
or license for Hotel at 1025 Court street, was granted, as was also, the applications of
Jennie Robasciotti and Delphin ?obasciotti for licenses for Lunch Counter and Cigars Sideline
t 1834 Morro Street.
The petition of Freeman Sign Service for permit to hang sign at Economy Drug Co.,
tore at 770 Higuera 'Street granted on motion of R.P.Howell seconded by Joseph Leary, with the
provision that said sign be hung in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance.
Re matter of application of H.E.Clark for registration as a Class "E" Contractor,
ated April 13th 1933: Required Bond not having been filed with application, action on
,pplication withheld. Bond now having been filed in the required amount, it was moved by
'.°.Howell and seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer that the application be granted with the provision
hat license date from April 13th 1933.
Iaatters pending were continued to the next meeting.
On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by Joseph teary the meeting adjourned.
