City Council met in adjourned session - Vice President of the Council
L.J.Defosset presiding.
Present : J.B.Berkemeyer, L.J.Defosset, R.P.Howell, Joseph Leary.
Absent : Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer.
The following applications for permit to build were granted on motion of
J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by E.P.Howell ;

Call Estate - Rebuild lean -to Lot 10 Blk 14 Cost 150.00
H.J.Dubin - 2epair three cottages moved from outside City

Application of Cline's Electric Shop for permit to hang a Neon Sign at 898
Yonterey Street for Reid and Erdman, referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and
Safety for report to the Council.

Cash Store 839 Marsh Street ) to E.D.Ward, granted on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by
