City Hall, I�ionday, April 20th 1936 - 7 :30 P. ?:.
City Council met in regular session - Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer presiding.
Present : J.B.Berkemeyer, L.J.Defosset, R.P.Howell, Joseph Leary, L.F.Sinsheimer.
Absent : R one.
The minutes of April '6th and 13th were read and approved -as read.
On motion of J.B.Berke ;aeyer seconded by R.P.Howell the following applications for
permit to build were granted
Ida O'Brien - Garage and remodel house lots 7 & 8 Block 110 Cost 600.00
Lee J. Taylor - Garage lot 10 Block 122 Murray and 6hurch Addn cost 150.00
Bet. Esther Mathews - Poultry House Lot 4 Block 3 Southside Addn cost 60.00
Application of R.H.Gilmore for permit to remove a building from Lot 7 Block 87

Application of Davis & Son, by J.I.Duvis , for registration as Class " E ,
ontractor, together with Surety 3ond in the amount of $ 500.00 and license fee of w 15.00
was received and on motion of R.P.Howell seconded by L.J.Defosset it was ordered that the
surety be accepted and license issued.
Applications of Veteran's of Foreign Mars for licenses for Boxing and ivrestling
at ';linter Garden, dated ;:arch 19th, 23rd, 30th and April 2d and 6th were presented for
second reading, and it was ordered that the said applications be filed with those of like
nature, to be considered at some future date.
On favorable report and ;notion of L.J.Defosset seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer it was
ordered that the application of !,._eller for license for restaurant at 856 I,ionterey Street
be granted.
