The minutes of October 5th and 13th were read and approved as read.
The following applications for permit to build were granted on motion of

Petition of Frank F. Silveira for permit to install.a Septic Tank to accommodate

Safety for investigation and report to the Council.
The reports of the City Clerk and the Police Judge for the month of September
