Applications of Valley Electric Company for permit to hang a ideon Sign for
io Grande Oil Station, corner Osos and I,iarsh Street, also , to replace Standard Shell
eon sign for Shell Service Station corner I:Ionterey and Santa �,osa Streets, were referred
the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for report to the Council.
The report of the Police Judge for the month of January 1937 was received and
dered placed on file.

and the application of =:undle's, Inc., for per_iit to hang a 1�eon Sign for Fred :?. L-etzler,

Applications of Pacific Telephone and 'Telegraph Company for permit to do work
in various locations continued.
Petition of Coyner and Tanis for permit to install two underground gasoline
storage tanks of 560 gal capacity each, and two pumps at Berkeiaeyer Garage, 1005 IJonterey
Street, was granted on motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by ?.p.H -owell with the provision
that installation be :,lade in accordance with specifications of Loard of Fire Underwriters
and that wJork be done under supervision of the City Engineer.
