The report of the Police Judge for the month of January 1937 was received and dered placed on file. Application of Clarence T. and Alice J. Farrar for permit to move building from t " A " Knowles Tract ( part of Block 16 Central Addition ) to the Easterly 25 ft of lots 3 and 4 of La Vina Block was granted on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by - -,:,'.P-Howell- Application of .F. Fukunaga for permit to build a Garage on part of lot 1 lock 149 Harford Addition was granted on motion dilly seconded and carried. On motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by E.P.Howell the following applications for censes were granted : Glenn 11. !- .iathews & Harold G. On favorable report and motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by E.P.; owell the applications of Cline's Electric for permit to replace a neon Sign at 963 ;:_onterey Street, also, to hang a double face ideon Sign for El Camino Liquor Store at 960 11onterey Street, and the application of =:undle's, Inc., for per_iit to hang a 1�eon Sign for Fred :?. L-etzler, 1017 Chorro Street were granted with the provision that said signs hang in accordance :iith the provisions of Ordinance and that work be done under the supervision of the City Encr . Applications of Pacific Telephone and 'Telegraph Company for permit to do work in various locations continued.
