granted on motion ddly seconded and carried; work to be done according to the specificati
of the City Engineer and under his supervision.

and forth Broad Streets laid over or report from the City Engineer.
Application of 3.I.I.Bernard for permit to build a residence and garage on lot 6
block 3 Buena Vista Addition received and ordered placed on file, on motion of J.B.Berkemeser
seconded by Joseph Leary.
Unfinished matters continued.
