Applications of Robert Olgiatti for licenses for Lunch Counter, Soft Drinks
Cigars Sideline at 1019 Court Street were referred to the Commissioner of Public Health
Safety for investigation and report to the Council.

Report of the City Clerk for the month of February rece'ived and ordered placed
Communication received from Liadge Li. Knickerbocker, Secretary Lowe Sanitary
strict Board, requesting permit to connect a proposed sewage collecting system in the
owe Sanitary District with the Sewerage System of the City of San Luis ubispo, for which
aid proposed sanitary sewer Engineer Kenneth Beck submitted plans and specifications.

Applications for the regular quarterly licenses viere granted on motion of
L.J.Defosset seconded by R.P.Howell.
Application of John V.Lemos for permit to move a cabin 18 x 20 feet from
Crescent Auto Camp , outside the City, to part of lot 4 Block 77, within the City, granted
on motion of :..P.Tzowell seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer. It was further understood and
agreed that John V. Lemos file formal application in compliance with provisions of build
code for the repair of the hereinabove mentioned building.
Applications of D & D Fountain Lunch ( Patricia Dickson and Vera Donovan ) for
licenses for I,idse ( Confect, Lunch ) and Cigars Sideline at 968 blonterey Street granted on
favorable report and motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by R.P.Howell.
Petition of Rundle's Inc., for permit to hang a Deon Sign for A.J.I,,iulholland at
1021 Court Street granted with the provision that said sign hang according to the provision
of Ordinance and that work be done under the supervision of the City Engineer.
Petition of J.E.Thompson for permit to remove a certain tree from sidewalk area
at Rusca property on French Street laid over for one week for investigation.
Hidland Counties Public Service Corporation application Do. 240 for permit to
do certain work on Broad Street at South Street laid over for further investigation and
report. Eiambers of Council to view location of said proposed work.
Petition of Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company for permit to replace
deteriorated Telephone Toll poles ,# 6198, 6212, 6215 and 6228 granted on motion of
J.B.Berke:aeyer seconded by R.P.Howell.
L.C.Bell appeared re improvement of Carmel Street between Higuera and I:iarsh StreE
and was instructed to present Council with formal petition,
