City Hall, Tuesday, September 7th 1937 - 7 :30
City Council met in regular session - 1.1ayor L.F.Sinsheimer presiding.
Present : J.B.Berkemeyer, L.J.Defosset, R.P.Howell, Joseph Leary, L.F.Sinsheimer.
Absent : Bone.

Notification received from ravien 7: ;arshall, County Clerk, of an order by the Board
f Supervisors of the County of Sall Luis Obispo whereby the County of San Luis Obispo v ✓ill
the City of San Luis Obispo Fifty Cents ( 504 ) per day for board of prisoners who
re inmates of the County Jail. This order effective as of July 1,1937. 7.after discus
and on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by Joseph ph Leary the Cit,y Clerk requested to
address letter to County Board of Supervisors requesting that the said order be rescinded.
