certain Streets of the City for Fiesta Street Parade, Saturday, May 21st. at 10 o'clock A.r ",
The request :eras granted on motion duly seconded and carried.
Re: communication of A.Spurgeon regarding present street decorations hanging
til Yemorial Day. Matter discussed. It was moved by R.P.Hovrell seconded by
.J.Defosset and carried that the request be denied.
Petition of Eleanor 1illiams re placing a garage at a certain location on lot 2
ck 9 referred to the Commissioner of Finance for investigation and report on motion of
.B.Berkemeyer seconded by Joseph Leary.
Petition of Union Oil Company fpr permit to break pavement 3' x 15' at the inter-
section of Garden and Pismo Streets for purpose of repairing leak in 8" oil pipe line
granted on motion of J.B.Berkepeyer seconded by R.P.Howell with the provision that the
repair of said pavement be done under the supervision of the City 'Engineer.
Application of Guy Farnham for permit to connect with sewer on Church Street
between Nipomo Street and High Street referred to the Commissioner of Public Works1�for
report tb,the Council.

?ay 9th 1938, again read. ",flatter discussed at length. It was moved by T.B.Berkemeyer
seconded'by R.=- Fowell that the petition be received and placed on file. The motion
carried and it was so ordered.
