sign arould hang too low, it was moved by Joseph Leary seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer and cariied
that the application be denied without prejudice to the petitioner.

City Council met in regular session. In the absence of Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer,
and Vice President of the Council L.J.Defosset, J.B.Berkemeyer, Commissioner of Public
71orks, was duly and regularly elected Chairman pro tem.
Present : J.B.Berkemeyer, R.P.Howell, Joseph Leary.
:absent :.L.J.Defosset, rlayor L.F.SiAsheimer.
The minutes of August 1st and 8th were read and approved as read.
The following application for permit to build %-,-as granted on-motion of R.P.Howell
seconded by Joseph Leary:

The following application for registration as Contractor was received, and on motio'
