For the reason that the said sign arould hang too low, it was moved by Joseph Leary seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer and cariied that the application be denied without prejudice to the petitioner. Present : J.B.Berkemeyer, R.P.Howell, Joseph Leary. :absent :.L.J.Defosset, rlayor L.F.SiAsheimer. The minutes of August 1st and 8th were read and approved as read.
