City Attorney directed to!.bring legal action against S. B. Wilson for non-
- ayment of licenses for Tobacco vending machines.
Clerk presented and read letters from Fire Departments in various Cities
re: use of Diaphone horn Call Signal systems for Fire Departments.
It was moved by R. P. Hcr;ell and seconded by J. B. Berkemeyer, that the
Commissioner of Supplies negotiate for the purchase of a Fire Alarm -Cull Signal System.
The motion carried.
There ,4as discussion relative to Electrical Code for the City.
On motion of T. B. Berkemeyer, seconded by R. P. Howell,, the meeting adjourned
to Monday, September 26th, 1938 at 7 :30 P. M.
