Ordinance No. 194 - (New Series.) - An.Ordinance providing for the lease of
certain real property owned by the City of San Luis.Obispo, was introduced and passed to
print on motion of J. B. Berkemeyer, seconded by R. P..Howell by the following vote:
Ayes: J. B. Berkemeyer, R. P. Howell, Joseph Leary, L. F. Sinsheimer
Noes: None
Absent: L. J. Defosset
The Chief of Police, H. A. Payton, filed report from the State Board of
Equalization to the effect that the application of M. Garcia, dba "Ranchito" at 846'
Palm Street for license for "On Sale Beer and Wine" had been denied. The report was
ordered placed on file.
On motion of J. B. Berkemeyer, seconded by R. P. Howell, the meeting adjourned
to Thursday, April 27, 1939 at 7:30 P. M.

Noes: None

Street - The Blue Bell Coffee Shop, granted on motion of L. J. Defosset, seconded by
R. P. Howell with the provision that the work be done under the supervision of the City
Engineer.
On motion of L. J. Defosset. seconded by R. P. Howell, the meeting adjourned
to Friday, April 28th,. 1939 at 7 :30 P.M.
