R. Hoover, Secretary, Lowe Sanitary District Board relative to connecting sewer from the Lowe Sanitary District with the main Public Sewer of the City of San Luis Obispo. Matter discussed. It was moved by R. P. Howell that the communication be received and placed on file. For the lack of a second, the motion was declared lost. Further ciscussion. City Attorney directed to bring an opin- ion at the next meeting in connection therewith. Ordinance No. 195 - (New,Series) - An Ordinnnce Changing the Official Curb °trade on the Southerly side of Pismo Street between Carmel-and Beach Streets was in- troduced and passed to print on motion of R. Andrez, for permit to hang a neon sign at .Texaco Service Station, 311 Higuera Street granted, with the provision that work be done under the supervision of the City Engineer. Petition of J. F. Harrington, by Archie A. Cheda; for permit to break hole in pavement on Palm Street between Chorro and Broad Streets for the purpose of cleaning sewer granted, with the provision that work be done under the supervision of the City Engineer.
