Stolte Co. additional time within which to complete the enlargements and improvements to the Sewage Disposal -Plant and 'the awarding of a purchase contract for a pump to be installed in said Disposal Plant. Resolution No. 676 (New Series) - A Resolution granting an extension of time to F.C. Stolte Co. in- connection with its contract for enlargements and improve- ments to the- Seeiage Disposal Plant, and waiving any claim for liquidated damages 1r:as passed and .adopted on motion of R.P.
