Communication from the Pacific Tel: and Tel. Co. addressed to the Mayor giving notice of a.hearing to be held in San Francisco cn March 101 1947, before the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California was ordered received and filed. On motion of G.W.Baker, seconded by Kline Williams, Approved this 9 day of City Clerk the meeting adjourned. City Hall, Monday, March 39 1947 - 7:30 P. M. The City Council met in regular session; Mayor Ralph C. Kennedy presiding. Present: G.W. Baker, R.P.Howell, Ralph C. Kennedy, Kline Williams Absent: F.L.Gist. The minutes of Feb. 17th and the Special meetings of Feb. 25th and Feb. 26th, 1947 were read and approved as read. Baker, seconded by Kline Williams, the bid was rejected and the City Clerk was instructed to re- advertise for.bids to be opened on March 17, 1947 at 7:30 P.M. II
