The application of Hazel Blanks for city license for a pet -shop at 1629 Johnson Ave. was again held over. On motion of.R.P.Howell, seconded by G.W.Baker, the City Clerk was instructed to call for bids as per specification for furnishing the city steel pipe - bids to be received up to 7:30 P.M.
