RESOLUTION NO. 910 (New Series)."" A Resolution Concerning the Bonding of bhe City
of San Luis Obispo for certain Municipal Improvements in connection with its Municipal Wa
Sunply System was passed and adopted on motion of D. M. Carpenter, seconded by Frank V.
Woods upon the following roll call vote:
Ayes: D. M. Carpenter, Timothy I. O'Reilly, Frank V. Woods
Noes: None
Absent: None
On motion of Frank V. Woods,-seconded by D. M. Carpenter the meeting adjourned
to Monday, August 29th, 1949, at 7:30 P.M.

ORDINANCE No. 316 04ew Series) - An Ordinance levying a tax for the Current
Fiscal year 1949 -1950 upon all taxable property within the City, was finally passed on
motion of Kline Williams, seconded by Wm. 0. Hall, upon the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Douglas Carpenter, Wm. 0. Hall, Kline Williams, Timothy I. O'Reilly, Frank V. Woods
Noes: None
Absent: None
ORDINANCE No. 317 (New Series) - An Ordinance adding Section 12 to Ordinance No.
166 (New Series) entitled "An Ordinance of the City of San Luis Obispo providing for the
registration of contractors, was finally passed on motion of Wm. 0. Hall, seconded by Kline
Williams, upon the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Douglas Carpenter, Wm. 0. Hall, Timothy I. O'Reilly, Kline Williams, Frank V. Woods.
Noes: None
Absent: None
On motion of Kline Williams- seconded by Wm. 0. Hall and common.consent of the
council, the amended budget as submitted by the City Auditor under date of August 29, 19499
was approved excluding the Park Playground, Recreation, and Library Fund; upon the.followir
roll call vote:
Ayes: Douglas Carpenter, Wm. 0. Hall, Timothy I. O'Reilly, Kline Williams, Frank V. Woods.
Noes: None
Absent: None
