The Co,incil accepted final anprova; on the following contracts:
- Walter Bros. ( Santa Barbara Ave. Imp. Job. )
- San Jose Steel Construction Co. ( Johnson Ave. Water Storage Tank )
On motion of D.M.Carpenter, seconded by Paul W.Davis, the City Attorney was
instructed to draft Resolution covering City Employees sick leave and vacation plan.
Communication from Annie C.Covell Re: Future of San Luis Obispo, was ordered
received and filed.
Old Business
Anrlication of Wm. T. Morton of Atascadero, for Taxicab License was cancelled at
applicants request.
Communication£rom City Schools Re: extending street through High school grounds was
again held over.
On motion of Frank V.Woods, seconded by D.M.Carpenter, the meeting adjourned to
Monday, July o, 1951 at 10:30 A.M., upon the followin.a roll call vote:

Ordinance No. 347 Pew Series) - An Ordinance of the City of San Luis Obispo, pro-
viding for the annexation of certain uninhabited territory to the City of San Luis Obispo,
and declaring this ordinance to be an emergency ordinance was finally passed on motion
of D.M.Carrenter, seconded by Fred Lucksinger upon the following roll. call vote:
Ayes: D.M.CarpentPr, Fred Lucksinger, Timothy I. O'Reilly
Noes: None
