SPECIAL CALLED MFETI
The City Council met in Special Called Meeting, Mayor Timothy I. O'Reilly
presiding.
Present: D.M.C,nrpenter, Paul ? -V. Davis, Fred Lucksinaer, Timoth,r I. O'Reilly
Absent: Frank V. Woods at-, time of roll call.
The City Council rnet in special session for the purpose of amending certain
sectio ns of Ordinance No. 319 (Near Series) (Subdivision of land in San Luis Obispo )
The proposed ordinance was presented to the Councul fordiscussion.
Commissioner Frank V. Woods appeared at this time ( 4:35 P. M. ).
After di.scuFsion it was moved by D.M.Carpenter, seconded by Timothy I.
011ei.11y, the Ordinance be passed to print upon the following roll call vote:
Ayes: D.M.Car? enter, Paul V+.Davis, Fred Lucksinger, Timothy I. O'Reilly, Frank V. Woods
Noes: None

'ORDINANCE NO. 354 (New Se -ies) - An Ordinance amending; Ordinance No.
319 (New Series), entitled: "An Ordinance providing re7i.ilations for the subdivision
of land in the City\of Sar. Luis Obispo, California, and for the preparation and-presenta-
tion of Subdivision maps th?reof, and of record of survey maps." and declaring this
ordinance to be an emergency ordinance."
There being no further business , the meeting adjourned on motion. of
Frank V. Hoods, seconded by Fred Luc':singer.
