1. The City Council continued their discussion and: study of establishing
priorities for the 1971/72 Capital Improvement Plan.
The Council reviewed previous.priority. decisions (A, B, C, D and one thru
seventeen.)
The Council" then proceeded to establish priorities as follows:
(numbers 17 through 77)
2. On motion of Councilman Miller, seconded by Councilman Blake, the
meeting adjourned.
